* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette,
Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and the following counties, in
Ohio, Butler, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery,
Preble and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A very moist environment and the potential for training
storms will lead to rainfall of 1 to 3 inches with locally 4
inches or more. This rainfall will lead to the potential for
flash flooding.
People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
Monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood
warnings.
