* WHAT...Flooding caused by overnight rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
counties, Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...River gauges indicate that many creeks in the Advisory
Area are near bankfull due to overnight thunderstorms. In
addition, there is likely standing water in ditches and other
low-lying areas. Water is expected to slowly recede through the
morning.
