* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with
gusts up to 70 mph. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
chills as low as 35 below.
* WHERE...Williams County.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
signs. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A Blizzard Warning also remains in effect this
morning.
Secure holiday decorations and other outdoor objects that could be
blown around. Use extreme caution when traveling.
Make sure to cover all exposed skin if outdoors. Carry a winter
survival kit if traveling.
