* WHAT...Freezing rain, sleet, and snow expected. Total snow
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...The western half of North Dakota.
* WHEN...From 3 AM CST /2 AM MST/ to 3 PM CST /2 PM MST/ Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
become slick and hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds could combine with the freezing
rain to enhance ice accumulations on elevated objects, and with
falling snow to produce significant visibility restrictions.
Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
