* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Most of Los Angeles County in Southwest CA
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water, mud, or rocks over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 343 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Minor mudslides or debris flow
are possible, especially near mountains or canyon roadways as
well as recent burn scars. Radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain with rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.5
inches per hour with locally up to 0.75 inch per hour
possible.

Downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach, Malibu, Acton, Wrightwood,
Burbank, Pasadena, Van Nuys, Beverly Hills, Alhambra, Encino,
Northridge, Culver City, Inglewood and Santa Monica.
