Flood Advisory issued February 11 at 2:21AM PST until February 11 at 5:00AM PST by NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
county, Los Angeles.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 216 AM PST, Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Minor mud and debris
flow will be possible across recent burn scars.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pasadena, Duarte, Azusa, Monrovia, Claremont, Mount Wilson,
Alhambra, El Monte, Montebello, West Covina, Pomona, Diamond
Bar, Walnut, La Puente, Rowland Heights, and East Los
Angeles.
- Minor debris flows may be occurring or about to occur in and
around the recent burn scars, such as the Eaton, Bridge,
Palisades burn scars.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
