accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Clay County. In North Dakota, Barnes and
Cass Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing
snow, frequently reducing visibility below a half mile, will make
travel dangerous, especially in open country.
