200. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches possible. Winds could
gust as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow.
