* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to midnight
EST tonight. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 AM this morning
to 1 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coldest wind chills tonight into early Sunday
morning.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
