* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, southwest, and west
central Indiana.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to 11
AM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 AM Monday to
noon EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
