* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact tomorrow's morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will transition to snow tonight which
could lead to wet surfaces becoming icy as temperatures fall below
freezing. There is potential for locally heavy snowfall at times
tonight that could lead to higher snowfall accumulation.
