* TIMING...From 1225 PM this afternoon to 6 PM CST this evening.
* WINDS...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 21 to 25 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
