an inch to three-quarters of an inch with isolated totals of near
one inch. Some sleet and snow may mix in at times.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north
central and northwest Louisiana, and northeast Texas.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice.
Travel could be treacherous.
Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
