* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in central
Kansas, Dickinson. In east central Kansas, Anderson, Coffey,
Douglas, Franklin, Geary, Lyon, Morris, Osage, Shawnee and
Wabaunsee. In north central Kansas, Ottawa. In northeast Kansas,
Jefferson.
* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Forecast rainfall amounts of one to three inches Thursday and
Thursday night could lead to scattered flooding, mainly of
area creeks, streams and rivers.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
