* WHERE...Portions of New Jersey, including the following areas,
Atlantic, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Cumberland, Eastern
Monmouth, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset,
Southeastern Burlington and Western Monmouth and southeast
Pennsylvania, including the following area, Upper Bucks.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this
afternoon and evening, capable of producing heavy downpours.
Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are likely and short
term training could result in flooding over portions of
norther, eastern, and southern New Jersey.
