* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected.
* WHERE...St. John The Baptist, St. Charles, Lower Plaquemines,
Western Orleans, Southwestern St. Tammany, Lower Tangipahoa,
Southern Livingston and Upper Jefferson Parishes.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
