* WHERE...In New York, Eastern Clinton, Eastern Essex, Northern
Franklin, Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, Western
Clinton, and Western Essex Counties. In Vermont, Grand Isle,
Western Chittenden, and Western Franklin Counties.
* WHEN...From noon today to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and cause isolated to scattered power
outages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected to occur
between 9 PM Thursday evening until 4 AM Friday, particularly
along US Route 11 near Malone, New York.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
