* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and isolated power outages could occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Two period of gusty winds are expected, the
first through 10 AM today, followed by another period of strong
winds between 8 PM Monday and 8 AM Tuesday.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
