* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds becoming northwest
of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Freeze Warning,
sub-freezing temperatures expected, with hard freezing conditions
possible over northern Arkansas.
* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
southwest, and western Arkansas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Monday. For the
Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
