* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1142 AM EDT, Minor flooding is already occurring in the
advisory area from previous heavy rain. Between 1.5 and 3.25
inches of rain fell.
- Minor flooding is occurring along the Flatrock River in Rush
county, as well as other locations in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rusvhille, Shelbyville, Greenwood, Franklin, Greenfield, New
Whiteland, Cumberland, Whiteland, Bargersville, New
Palestine, Morristown, Carthage, Fairland, Milroy, Glenwood,
