* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue through
this
afternoon ahead of a slow moving cold front. Total rainfall
amounts are expected to range from 1 to 3 inches, with
localized amounts in
excess of 3 inches.
