* WHAT...Very cold wind chills down to around 16 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Bay, Midland, Saginaw, and Shiawassee Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators inside.
