* WHERE...In Kentucky, Fulton County. In Missouri, Butler, Carter,
New Madrid, Ripley, and Stoddard Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM CDT each day, Monday and Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
