* WHERE...Portions of central NC including the Coastal Plain and
Sandhills.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia
if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
