* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 10 below. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 15 below possible.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Sunday. For
the Extreme Cold Watch, from Sunday evening through Tuesday
morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
