Rainfall up to 1 inch may occur in as little as 30 to 45 minutes
over the advisory area. Soils remain saturated from earlier rainfall.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following
counties, Crittenden, Cross, Lee and St. Francis, North
Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto and
Marshall, and West Tennessee, including the following counties,
Fayette, Shelby and Tipton.
* WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or
is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 843 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
West Memphis, Horn Lake, Forrest City, Marion, Millington,
Hughes, Madison, Palestine, T O Fuller State Park, Meeman
Shelby Forest State Park, Cordova, Village Creek State Park,
Memphis, Lakeland and Arlington.
