* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.
* WHERE...Portions of eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and
northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some sporadic wind chills below 30 below may
still occur along and north of Hwy 20 this afternoon and late
evening.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
