will gradually subside to 35 mph through the morning.
* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. A few
additional tree limbs could be blown down.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
