* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below.
* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey,
and southeast New York.
* WHEN...Through 10 AM EST this morning and again from Midnight
tonight through 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
