* WHAT...Blowing Snow. Northwest to west winds gusting as high as 30
to 40 mph leading to considerable blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Waushara, Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Brown, Kewaunee,
Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Oconto County, and Waupaca Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing and
drifting snow could significantly reduce visibility, especially in
open areas.
