* WHAT...Visibility between one quarter mile and one mile in
blowing dust.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois east of
the Illinois river and north of I-70.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced
visibility from blowing dust.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Parts of highway 136 near Bellflower in far
southeast McLean county has visibilities restricted to less than
a quarter mile and near zero at times due to blowing dust.
If you encounter blowing dust on the roadway or see it
approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your
vehicle in park. Turn the lights all the way off and keep foot off
the brake pedal. Remember, 'Pull Aside, Stay Alive'.
