* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
as low as 25 to 30 below expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory,
very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.
* WHERE...Marshall, McLean, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, Woodford,
Fulton, and Knox Counties.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon CST today. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from noon today to noon CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
