* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 24 below expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 24
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, gloves and scarf.
