* WHERE...In New Jersey, Eastern Passaic, Western Bergen, Western
Essex, Western Passaic, and Western Union Counties. In New York,
Northern Westchester, Orange, Putnam, and Rockland Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Locally damaging wind gusts possible with any thunderstorm
activity this evening into tonight. This activity will be
addressed by Special Weather Statements or Severe Thunderstorm
Warnings as needed.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
