PM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to
midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin
in as little as 30 minutes.
