* WHAT...Very cold temperatures and/or wind chills as low as 15
below expected.
* WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough, Belknap, Merrimack,
Sullivan, Northern Grafton, Southern Grafton, Cheshire, Eastern
Hillsborough, and Interior Rockingham Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
