* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio
and northwest Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Windy conditions with plummeting temperatures
are expected today. The winds ease tonight, but temperatures will
drop below zero through Saturday morning.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
