* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 45 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very
cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.
* WHERE...In Ohio, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga,
and Lake Counties. In Pennsylvania, Northern Erie and Southern
Erie Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 7 PM EST Monday. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Monday to noon EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in
hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds and gusts are expected
from the lakeshore to Interstate 90.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
