* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Ohio, including the following areas,
Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Geauga, Lake and Trumbull
and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Crawford, Northern Erie and Southern Erie.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain has fallen over the watch area over the last 24 hours.
Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected later today
which could produce locally heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches.
These repeated rounds of rain could result in flooding of urban
corridors along with flooding of streams, creeks, and other low
lying areas.
