Winter Weather Advisory issued December 26 at 6:05AM CST until December 26 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN
...FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL RESULT IN SLICK TRAVEL CONDITIONS THROUGH
LATE THIS MORNING...
.Continued freezing drizzle, along with some deposition due to
freezing fog formation, will make for minor ice accumulations
generally near and east Interstate 35 north and east of the Twin
Cities metro. Temperature observations are in the low 30s within the
Advisory, with 33-35 degrees a bit farther to the south, which should
result in only drizzle and wet roadways where temperatures are above
the freezing mark.
Slick roadways are likely in areas that remain below freezing with a
glaze to up to a tenth of an inch of icing possible from freezing
drizzle through sunrise. Conditions will improve from sunrise onward
as temperatures warm enough to begin to melt any ice, with
temperatures generally above freezing throughout the day.

accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, and
