* WHERE...Inland Hillsborough, Inland Pasco, and Polk Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
