Winds gusting as high as 35 mph later this evening.
* WHERE...Dane, Rock, Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth Counties.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The focus for highest snow will be within a
narrow heavy band with very low visibilities and snow
accumulations that will cause hazardous driving conditions.
