* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations around one
tenth of an inch across interior areas of southern New England,
while a trace of ice along the coastal plain and I-95 corridor.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern,
northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and
northern Rhode Island.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Difficult travel conditions are
possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
morning commute.
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.
