* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches.
Snowfall rates may reach 1 to 2 inches per hour briefly.
* WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, and Ontario
Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday. The majority of the
snow and travel impacts will be from mid afternoon through mid
evening Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions and
poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday
evening commute and post Christmas holiday travel.
Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
