between 4 and 8 inches possible. The highest accumulations are
expected north of Highway 34. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa.
* WHEN...From 4 PM Sunday to 1 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause
tree damage.
