* WHEN...From Midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
