* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 15 expected. For the second Freeze Warning,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
southwest, and western Arkansas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT this morning. For the
first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM CDT this morning. For the second
Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Secure outdoor objects.
