* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Gratiot, Isabella, Clinton, Ingham, and Jackson Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulations of an inch or two combined
with the wind gusts up to 55 mph will cause some blowing and
drifting snow. Visibilities will be reduced in the blowing snow.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
