locally up to two inches under heavier and more persistent bands.
* WHERE...Clinton, Ingham, and Jackson Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over
short distances in lake effect snow.
During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
