* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon
and York.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of slow-moving and occasionally training heavy
showers and thunderstorms will produce rainfall rates of up to 2
inches per hour leading to rapid runoff into low lying areas and
small streams and creeks.
