* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 3 PM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest wind gusts (around 45 mph) may
only last a few hours of this time window in any given area, but
when combined with the snowfall (particularly in the western half
of the advisory area), could further worsen travel conditions and
increase strain on tree branches.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
