* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the
following areas, Charleston, Coastal Colleton, Dorchester, Inland
Berkeley, Inland Colleton and Tidal Berkeley.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will persist into
the early morning hours Saturday. The risk for flash flooding
continues, as some have already received between 2 and 5 inches
of rain since this afternoon.
