* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 13 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia could occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of freezing
temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
