* WHAT...Very cold wind chills near 10 degrees expected.
* WHERE...Cumberland, Hoke, Sampson, Scotland, and Wayne Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia
if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
