* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.
* WHEN...Through 10 AM EST this morning and again from midnight
tonight through 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
