* WHEN...Until 11 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense sea will linger along the coast through
the early afternoon.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
