Galveston Island, Inland Galveston, and Southern Liberty Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
