* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following
areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, De Kalb, Eastern St.
Joseph IN, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Lagrange,
Marshall, Miami, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte,
Pulaski, Southern Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Steuben,
Wabash, Wells, Western St. Joseph IN, White and Whitley, southwest
Michigan, including the following areas, Branch, Cass MI,
Hillsdale, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien and St. Joseph MI,
and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH,
Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and
Williams.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and isolated thunderstorms will gradually diminish
this morning. Additional rainfall this morning between one
quarter and one half inch is expected. This additional
rainfall combined with saturated grounds from recent heavy
rain may result in some flooding concerns this morning.
