* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Allen IN County.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills may rise to 5 below to 15 below
briefly Monday afternoon, but will drop again by Monday evening.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
