expected. Strongest winds are expected east of Interstate 15 and
near the foothills of the San Diego County mountains. Strongest
winds to occur late Saturday into Sunday.
* WHERE...San Diego County Valleys.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
