* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with
gusts up to 30 mph. For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 30 expected. For the second Freeze Warning,
sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected.
* WHERE...In Arkansas, Union, Columbia, Lafayette, and Nevada
Counties. In Texas, Upshur and Wood Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the first
Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CDT Monday. For the second Freeze
Warning, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost
and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation
and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
