* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Lake IL County in northeastern Illinois...
Southeastern McHenry County in northeastern Illinois...
* WHEN...Until 345 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be
flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1243 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Waukegan, Buffalo Grove, Crystal Lake, North Chicago, Gurnee,
Mundelein, Algonquin, Highland Park, Lake in the Hills, Round
Lake Beach, McHenry, Vernon Hills, Zion, Huntley, Grayslake,
Libertyville and Lake Zurich.
