* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 2 above expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast North Carolina and southeast
Virginia.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 2 above zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the cold, black ice will
likely develop on area roadways tonight into Monday morning. Use
caution when traveling, especially on secondary roads, bridges,
and overpasses.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
