* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler and
Warren. In west central Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Miami,
Montgomery and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 835 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding
on several roadways in Montgomery County. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
0.5 to 1 inch are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Dayton, Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek, Huber
Heights, Fairborn, Troy, Trotwood, Oxford, Miamisburg,
Springboro, Vandalia, Englewood, Trenton, Urbana, Franklin,
Tipp City, Bellbrook and Moraine.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
